Diggy Simmons is gearing up to release his debut album Unexpected Arrival on March 20. He just started Life of the Jetsetter tour and he returned to The Breakfast Club to discuss all that’s going on in his 16 year old life; from Run’s House, to breaking out on the “Made You Look” freestyle, consistent touring, and releasing good singles.
Charlamagne saw one of his shows and said when Diggy came out, he just stood there and the crowd went crazy. Angela asked Diggy if he’s starting to feel himself a little. “Nah, part of being on stage is of course confidence. I’m super thankful for everything thats going on. I don’t take anything for granted and I always just take the time to really smell the roses… Like last night before I went to sleep. I got my album packaging and the thank you’s, how everything is going to be when it’s in the album. So that was like a surreal moment for me.”
Diggy discusses his relationship with his older brother JoJo and C tha God explains that he thinks, “JoJo should be to Diggy what Russell was to Run.”
“JoJo, he does his thing. I would never be like, “Be a part of what I want to do.’ If he wanted to be, of course, that’s my brother. With everybody, no matter who it is, whether it’s my sisters, we all need something from each other, we’ll always provide it or let each other be apart of whatever it is; but he does his own thing.”
Diggys initial reaction to filming Runs House:
“Honestly, I didn’t want to do it at first. I remember when we first got the call to do ‘Runs House’. I was in third grade and my dad said it and I was mad. I was like, ‘I just want to be a normal kid.’ I was crying. I was that mad about it. And then he was like, ‘You don’t have a choice.’ So of course I went along to do it and I got used to it and I ended up liking it for sure”
“People are always like you got where you were because of your dad or because of the show. And really, what the show did to my advantage was, of course people want to say, I wonder what Diggy is going to do, that is a part of what would make them look in my direction of course, that doesn’t mean you have to like me but since you saw me on the show you want to see what’s Diggy gonna rap about.”
Diggy talks about his Chivalrous Culture sneaker line, it’s under the same distributor as his sisters but they’re not involved. He discusses his tour experiences and lessons he’s learned on the road, loosing his voice and how he takes care of it, if he talks about sex with his father, and what his littler brother Russy is up too.
Ciara is 18 years old and she’s dating a 35 year old man. She met him through a coworker at the gym she works at. “He pretty much gets me anything I want,” Ciara says. “I guess he treats me how you’re suppose to be treated but it’s just really really big age gap and it’s sad. He told me he was like falling in love with me and stuff and I don’t really know what to do. I know it’s just bad karma and stuff.” They’ve been dating since the end of December. Find out Angela’s advice on this weeks Ask Yee.

Black History month continues and I’ve complied a list of five music videos from rap legends who did their best to promote positivity and consciousness for the black community; fight the power and spread the word.
1. “Ladies First” by Queen Latifah
2. “Self Destruction” Stop The Violence All-Stars
3. “Peace Treaty” Kam
4. “We’re All In The Same Gang” West Coast All Stars

Toronto native, Honey Cocaine, spits carefree bars with her first mixtape Fuck Yo Feelings (Vol. 1), off Tyga’s music label, Last Kings. Honey keeps her word, your feelings are not a priority.
With attitude and lyrics to remind you: “I ain’t got time for bullsh*t/if I aint getting mine then that’s bullsh*t” Honey Cocaine is a carefree teen who’s refuses to be swayed by your feelings. She also reflects traits of Regina George from Mean Girls, no matter how mean she is the more everyone wants her approval, she’s “Miss Popular.”
Honey Cocaine perfectly exhibits the image of a “good girl gone bad” living life during her high school years; wild, disrespectful, defensive but fun, in addition to having lyrics aren’t sweet enough to rap aloud at your parents dinner table on a Sunday night, potty mouth on deck.
However, it’s the music production that truly stands out with well-arranged snares & drums, for example, courtesy of Flash Faze (“Asshole”) and C.P DUBB (“Ya Own Thang,” “‘Bout It,” “Yellow Bit*h,” and “Waiting Outside”).
Standout Tracks:
1. “Bullshit” feat. Tyga
“Fuck friends cause I’m married to the music/bitch cause I just gained the world and I’ll die before I loose it/now cool it/I ain’t got time for bullshit/If I aint getting mine then that’s bullshit/why you all up in my face with this bullshit/eww, you smell like bullshit.”
2. “Fuck Yo Feelings”
“Hello bitch/see yellow bitch/ I’m Honey Cocaine to tell yo bitch/ I’ma steal your bitch, feel yo bitch, kill your bitch and mail her bits/we live for the game/shit gon’ change/LK bitch and we do this thang.”
3. “Too Pussy To”
“I ain’t never been a pussy, I tell what the deal is/These bitches always being some idiots and they still is/If you ain’t feel this, homie it’s a sign then, that/You ain’t fucking with me, bitch, I ain’t got the time then.”

The full-time singer, part-time Love & Hip-Hop drama slinger whispers sex secrets over Angela Yee’s red-light playlist for her Vibe Lip Service column.
SYLVIA ROBINSON, “PILLOW TALK” (1973)
Angela Yee: Are you a good pillow talker?
Olivia: I’m a good shit talker. It turns them on more.
Give me some secrets.
You have to whisper in their ear. Call them daddy.
What about Papa?
Yeah, of course. Hello, I’m Cuban.
Is lying ever appropriate in bed?
Sometimes. You really don’t want to hurt their feelings.
What if a guy asks you if it’s big, and it’s really not?
I’m saying no, but [you can say] at least you know what to do with it.
What if he asks, “Is this the best you ever had?”
Thank God they’ve never asked me.
TREY SONGZ FEAT. DRAKE “INVENTED SEX” (2009)
Percentage-wise, how important is sex in a relationship?
It’s important. Seventy percent.
What about oral sex?
Not that important.
So a guy doesn’t have to lick it before he sticks it?
Not all the time.
I definitely feel like a guy should do that.
You don’t cum during sex?
I can. I just feel they should do that. Like, “Kiss the ring.”
[Laughs] Sometimes I’d rather get to it.
Those days when you’re not so fresh…
No, they still do it, but I just want to get to it.
FREDDIE JACKSON “ROCK ME TONIGHT (FOR OLD TIMES SAKE)” (1985)
When you were single, was there anybody you wouldn’t mind rocking for old time’s sake?
Maybe [laughs].
What’s the best sex you’ve ever had?
It’s not really about the sex with me. I’m more of a sensual person, so I like caressing, kissing.
You seem like you like penetration.
That’s you, Angela! [Laughs]. I might have the hard exterior, but I’m a romantic.
What’s your longest session?
An hour.
That’s it?
I don’t want anything longer than that. Oh my God, you’d be worn out!
Anita says her boyfriend never has any money and it’s starting to get “tiring”. They’ve been together for 4 months and he didn’t have a job when they met. So why did Anita get in a relationship with him? “Um, his ambition. I saw his ambition, I saw his strive and I thought that he could possibly be somebody in life, but it’s starting to seem like the thought that I thought of this guy is not really what it seemed.” Find out Angela’s advice on this week’s Ask Yee.
Mindless Behavior returned to The Breakfast Club fresh off their highly successful Scream tour.
The group talks about where they would take a girl for Valentine’s Day and reveal they they recorded a track for the occasion. “Well since we came out with ‘Christmas with my Girl’, a lot of our fans liked it and a lot of our fans wanted a Valentines song,” says Princeton. “So since our fan base is mainly girls and a lot of our songs talk about getting with girls and relationships, we thought hey.”
They discuss how they do with their money saying, “Well the funny thing is, a lot of people think that when we get our checks we splurge. The four of us, we love to save our money, and buy stuff here and there and spoil ourselves. But the four of us, we really liked to spoil our families.”
They talk about performing overseas, craziest story from tour, issues within the group, clothing line deal at K-Mart, getting home schooled, working on their second album, shooting a movie, and upcoming #1 Girls tour.

Valentine’s Day is also known as National Nookie Day. As long as you fellas stay away from getting these ridiculous items you’re bound to get some on the today!
Gas Station Flowers
Nothing says I love you like $10 flowers right? WRONG! Cheap flowers are the ultimate fail on Valentine’s Day. Spend a little bit of money and go to a real florist… you know the kind that specialize in flowers; not candy bars, gasoline, cigarettes, and/or liquor.
The UnbeWEAVEable Gift
If there’s one thing a man should NEVER buy his lady it’s hair products. You might as well get her a gift basket filled with deodorant and lotion. If you want to help her hair out just book her appointment, give her hairstylist the money, and keep it moving. No man should EVER gift a woman with a pack of weave.
Drug Store Gifts
Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from your local CVS, Duane Reade, and Rite Aid! For the sake of getting some, don’t purchase that stiff teddy bear or a stale box of chocolates.
Cheap Lingerie
Here’s Victoria’s Secret… those panties that are 5 for $25 are NOT sexy! Use your resources!! You’re in a store filled with women so ask for their opinion before you purchase your lady any undergarments. It may be uncomfortable, but trust me the end result is worth it.
The “Special” Meal
Nothing screams romance like asking the waiter what’s on the 2 for $20 menu. It may have been “made decent” in the @AsiaStarr video, but that is NOT cool on any other occasion. Especially not Valentine’s Day!

New York Giants Super Bowl Champion safety Antrel Rolle joined The Breakfast Club to discuss what it was like winning the world championship, the parade in NYC that followed, and the rave reviews from women he’s been with.
“Are you allowed to be a Giants and a Jets fan?” Angela asks after Charlamagne accuses Envy of being a Jets and Giants fan. “Nah, you got to be either one, you got to be either one,” Antrel responds. C Tha God notes that he’s a Dallas Cowboys fan. “Hey, I grew up a Cowboys fan,” says Rolle. “But once you go up against them, you have to take care of business. Gotta get it done.”
Angela talks about the NY Giants being an ideal team to want to play for. “Absolutely,” says Antrel. “It doesn’t get bigger than this, it doesn’t get better than this. [The parade] was a true experience of what it’s like to be a Giant. You hear about the parade and all that but you could never fully appreciate it until you experience it on your own. That was a remarkable feeling, a feeling I will never ever forget. You know, it makes you want to go back and go ahead for a repeat.”
Antrel has gotten great reviews from Angela’s friends who have slept with him. “None of my friends that slept with Charlamagne will ever admit it,” says Angela. “Honestly, Antrel Rolle, I’ve heard the best about [you] more than anybody else, so you get a ring for that too I guess.”
Angela asks about Terrell Owens’ situation and if the NFL offers training to players about dealing with money. “Yeah, if you want it,” Rolle replies. “They have any kind of help you want in this league, it’s about you taking advantage of it.” Antrel’s mom is in charge of his money, he has no financial advisor, which seems to be where a lot of players end up loosing their money.
When discussing his plans after football, Antrel says: “Whatever, whatever floats the boat. I can do many things. I’m a guy that, education always came first in my household. So I do have a brain to go along with these baller skills. So I’m going to try and use that to wherever the road takes me.”

Basketball Wives’ Royce Reed came to The Breakfast Club to discuss the new season, her role in “Platanos and Collard Greens,” her relationship with Dwight Howard, her new love with Braylon Edwards, and being a ‘relationship girl.’
Royce’s seat heated up quickly as DJ Envy asked if she regretted participating in the dance contest held at Ludacris’ party and she admits that it was moment she wishes could take back.
While some may think the video clip from the party led to Dwight Howard walking away from her, Royce makes it clear that she broke up with Dwight. As for the gag order against Royce from Dwight, this happened as a result of Royce signing paperwork she did not fully understand; the lesson here is to read whatever you sign carefully.
Angela then asked about Royce’s new beau, who plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the photo she tweeted that angered a few Dwight Howard fans.
“I didn’t think it was a big deal,” Royce says. “I was in the kitchen cooking and Desmond [her son] had gone to sleep and Braylon was actually in the living room playing video games, and he got up and he walked in there. I just thought he was going to the bathroom but he didn’t come out for like twenty minutes, so I walked in there and they were just both asleep. Braylon loves Desmond, he adores him, so I just thought it was a cute picture. I didn’t think it was gonna be that big of a deal but when I think about ‘this is a superstars child’ he also has fans, but a lot of people are thinking like that.”
Envy changed the scenario and asked how she would have reacted if Dwight took a photo with Pinky The Pornstar and her son if they were dating. The example was a bit extreme and Envy simplified it by asking if she would have been upset if Dwight took a photo of their song with a woman he’s dated.
“No, not at all. If this is his girl and someone that he has in his life for sure and he thinks she’s gonna be around for a long time.”
Angela then noted that Royce looks to be that “fall in love” kind of girl, especially when she went ring shopping with her last boyfriend two seasons ago on Basketball Wives.
“I’m a relationship girl and I think for me, I was so in love with the fact that I want to be married like my parents who have been married forty-plus years and I want that. I almost made a huge mistake by being with somebody that I didn’t really love so my parents kind of stepped on the brakes, they were like this isn’t right, we know you’re not happy.”
Royce explained if this relationship tore her way from her friendships with the women on the show.
“I felt like, even with me, I was so defensive about it that it did pull me apart from them because I was always defending something that even I knew wasn’t right. We just ended it and he’s doing his own thing and I’m doing my own thing. We don’t hate each other, we don’t speak. I don’t know [if he had been using me] and I don’t wanna say ‘yes’ and I don’t wanna say ‘no.’ But there have been some things that he has done that have been very suspect to me.”
Watch the entire interview and see Royce speak about her dance company, filming conflicts with Evelyn and Shaunie, and marriage.

Comedians Talent and Capone came by The Breakfast Club to talk about side-chicks, Valentine’s Day and touring together again.
With February 14th quickly approaching, Angela asked for counsel to know what clues a woman should look for if she’s “the other woman.”
“You sitting here and gonna look me in my eye and tell me that the side-chick don’t know they the side chick? Hell no, you always know you’re the side-chick, first of all it came in the side door -it didn’t even come up the front porch,” Talent explained.
“I don’t believe in Valentine’s Day though,” he continued. “I think it’s a bias -false advertisement couple’s holiday but there ain’t nothing in it for the dude. Cards, candy, concerts, dinner, chocolates, jewelry, lingerie -what we get? The same booty from last Valentine’s, it don’t even change, ya’ll don’t even spice it up.”
It was starting to sound like the guys did not have women in their life and Capone shared his theory:
“I just feel like you shouldn’t have to take that special day and if you have a woman that you cherish you should do that everyday. I’m the type of brother, I run tubs, I wash her up, I like to make sure my stuff is clean the way that I like it clean, nurture it.”
The two were on tour once before and broke up; Talent explains the hiatus from touring together:
“We created it 12 years ago and we ran for about 3/4 years and it’s been about ten years now since we’ve all been on the same stage like the original crew. It wasn’t that we had all this beef these years, it’s just the point everybody’s schedule -everybody doing their own thing. Like I said, Caps on two other tours, I’m doing my own personal touring, Rob Stapleton got moves, GK is back and forth, Drew Fraser just had a baby. That fatherhood is real, that takes you to a whole ‘nother place, Drew more humble then we’ve ever seen him.”
Check out the full interview to see Talent talk about his worst show and more!
