unfortunately there was too much fog to see the sun rise on top of the mount rigi. nevertheless to hike in the dark equipped with torches only is a special experience which i wouldn’t want to miss. a few minutes after the sunrise the sky cleared up so that we could enjoy the warm sunshine.
