i firmly believe that trent, radiohead and the likes know how to run a music business in the web 2.0 epoche. the listeners will happily buy merchandise material and even real albums from these kind of artists. in the long run it is all about building a relationship with your audience and in the end it will generate plenty of dinero as well.
